系统遗传学家,曾杰(字,邦哲)简介:


1985年厦门大学毕业,86年写成《结构论 - 泛进化论》将系统论观点用于生物系统研究,核心目标是发展生物工业,系统遗传学、系统医药学(From positive to synthetic medical science)、系统生物工程(On the concept of systems biological engineering)和转基因禽类输卵管生物反应器是90年代在国内提出与发表[1]。在北京中科院微生物研究所工作,参与美国、香港生物仪器公司的技术咨询和市场策划。组织96年北京第一届国际转基因动物学术研讨会到99年在德国筹备国际系统生物科学与工程会议和协会是借助互联网和国际期刊等信息进行大规模国际通讯。99年建立系统生物科学与工程网(Genbrain biosystem network)*[2] – 阐述生物系统论和实验、计算(computational)与工程方法的生物系统与人工生物系统研究。留学以色列国(TelAviv)、德国(FAL)和英国(Birmingham)读博士、博士后,主持(grant-holder)英国医学基金会研究经费任研究员,提出细胞计算机模型和细胞连续突变筛选技术,克隆2个新基因、筛选和建立突变新细胞系2株等。97年留学海外直到英国工业革命发源地,因中国留学人员“春晖杯”大赛、春晖计划和常州引进创业人才,江南在明清工商业萌芽又是中国近代工业发祥地,08年成立系统生物工程研究所有限公司,来到江南追溯历史和探索未来生物工业革命。

Biography of Zeng Jie (Bangzhe) ,Systems geneticist:


He is the founder and president of the Benjoe Institute of Systems Biological Engineering since 2008. His concepts of systems medicine, systems biological engineering, oviduct bioreactor and system genetics were published and he coined these terms during the 1990s[1]. In 1999, he created and established the Genbrain Biosystem Network for the community of biosystem science and engineering[2] during his work as Ph.D. student, research fellow and SPARKS grant-holder in TelAviv Univ. Israel, FAL Germany and Univ. of Birmingham England etc. In 1996, he organized the First International Conference on Transgenic Animals as the secretary-general, and gave a talk on
biosystems theory applied in genetics and biotechnology. He was an assistant Prof. of the Institute of Microbiology, CAS from 1994 to 1997, and graduated from Xiamen University in 1985.
